Mark Lewis
As a co-founder and chief executive to the The Brilliant Training Company, Mark is dedicated to maximising human potential, performance and achievement.

Having worked for over 25 years in some of Europe’s major organisations he has a wealth of actual experience to support his undoubted training expertise, so whether you choose to be trained or coached by Mark, you will begin an incredible journey of discovery utilising a combination of the most powerful tools available for achieving both corporate and human excellence.

A passionate human development specialist and qualified peak performance coach, Mark is also a sought after public speaker and has appeared on television and radio in both the UK and Europe.

Sally Dodge
As well as being, a co-founder Sally is Managing Director and head of training and development for The Brilliant Training Company. Sally left her career as an International Head Hunter and successful manager of over 20 years to pursue her quest for people improvement.

Having lived and worked in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Sally has extensive international business experience, but returned to the UK to specifically establish The Brilliant Training Company.

Breaking through limiting beliefs and empowering organisations and people to achieve more than they ever thought possible are the fundamental driving forces behind Sally’s work.

Hugh Jones
Having worked for over 20 years in Financial Services Hugh has experienced the full spectrum of sales and sales management positions and has excelled in all of them. A passionate believer in the potential of human performance, Hugh’s outstanding training expertise ensures that delegates not only receive outstanding skills and knowledge, but an amazing injection of motivation too.

Gaynor Woosnam
Having held senior positions in organisations in the UK and the Middle East, Gaynor brings a unique perspective to all of the training she delivers. Specialising in sales and sales management, her experience of working her way up from sales executive to sales director of a major international organisation in just five years means Gaynor speaks with an unrivaled authority.

Victoria Johnson Clark
Having run both start up enterprises and major plc organisations Victoria has seen all sides of the business model and brings an obvious wealth of expertise to the table. A passionate advocate of both outstanding customer care and outstanding sales performance Victoria is also a superb trainer who enthuses and empowers delegates to stretch for more.
