Mark is CEO & co-founder of the Brilliant Training Company and is a widely experienced trainer, coach and mentor.

Prior to turning his passion and interest in training and human development into a highly successful business, Mark worked in the UK and internationally with leading companies. 

His career highlights include, Sales & Marketing Director with one of the world’s leading airlines and Sales Director with Europe’s leading leisure organisations. 

A passionate human development specialist and qualified peak performance coach, Mark is also a sought after public speaker and has appeared on television and radio in both the UK and Europe.

Mark regularly delivers Brilliant Training to a range of companies and provides communication coaching and mentorship to senior board members of a number of leading UK PLC’s.
